Tyler has played a role in internet advertising since its inception. FASTG8 is his fourth advertising and marketing-technology company, but the first he’s launched in the mountains. FASTG8 embodies the alignment of his passion as a technologist and outdoor enthusiast. When Tyler unplugs, you’ll find him wrangling with his wife Rebecca. Sometimes it will be their four children on the local ski mountain or on the beaches of Costa Rica; or sometimes it will be a herd of Crystal River Meats cattle on horseback.

Will is our resident local in the office. Growing up in Carbondale he developed a love for the outdoors. He left the valley to pursue a degree in marketing at the University of Denver. After graduation, he spent time in both the outdoor and financial industry before moving back to the valley. Out of the office he can be found hiking in the mountains or floating on the river.

Elizabeth, originally from the midwest, quickly fell in love with the mountains after moving out to Colorado for school. She decided to further expand her technical outdoor skills by completing a NOLS backpacking expedition in Scandinavia and spent the remainder of the year living/backpacking in Australia. Once she moved back, she was immediately drawn to FastG8 with her finance and marketing background and love of the outdoors.

James has been working behind the scenes, providing insights and analysis for outdoor industry brands and agencies since graduating from Colby College. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Colorado. You’re likely to catch James on skis during the winter and on fat tires in the summer. Either way, look for his wife Mary off the front and his Australian Shepherd, Emmie, close behind.

Josiah grew up in Idaho on the western slope of the Teton range where he lived and breathed skiing. He graduated from the University of Denver with degrees in Data Analytics and Italian, and saw FastG8 as the perfect fit to mesh his analytical expertise with his love for the outdoors. While skiing is his bread and butter, he also loves climbing, spending time on the river, and going on all sorts of adventures.

Graduating from CU Boulder’s Leeds School of Business with a degree in Finance, Sam spent his first years out of college working as a financial & data analyst in Chicago. Realizing quickly that without the mountains he felt less complete, Sam aimed to transition his life out of the city and back into nature. After spending time traveling in SE Asia, Sam couldn’t be happier to have found a position at a company that values the great outdoors like he does! He is excited to intertwine his analytical skills and outdoor enthusiasm to contribute to the success of Fastg8 and all of their awesome clients! Off the clock you can find Sam earning his turns in the backcountry during the winter or floating down river in the summer!

After growing up in Texas, Owen set out for significantly bumpier terrain. He graduated from Colorado College with a degree in International Political Economy and, citing a preference for the outdoors, decided not to leave the state. Outside the office you can find him ascending and descending mountains by the power of foot, rope, plank, and wheel.

Casey is the kind of outdoor industry veteran that can’t take three steps into an aisle at the Outdoor Retailer Show without seeing someone that he knows. He has held major leadership roles at Nike, Kelty, Merrell, and most recently, Patagonia, where he was CEO. His passion for growing outdoor brands is rivaled only by his love of fly-fishing on remote rivers. Casey resides in Carbondale, where he can be found hanging out with his sons, Aidan and Caelin.

Zohar has spent the past decade growing Deckers Brands, a leader in outdoor footwear, from behind the scenes as initially CFO, and then COO. He has over twenty-five years leadership experience in finance and operations with several large and mid size public and private companies. If you can’t track him down, he’s likely traveling with his family or catching waves around Santa Barbara on his SUP board.
